Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends and identifying sales opportunities
Develops accounts by checking customer’s buying history, suggesting related and new items, and explaining technical features
Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities. Train new sales team members on product
Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc
Requirements
Bachelors in Science / Engineering or MBA
3 + years of direct work experience in an Inside sales role
Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day
Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) CRM software, demand generation, lead prospecting tools
Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation skills, and listening skills
