We are seeking:

A talented and experienced Implementation Manager - EPC projects to join our Project Management and Delivery team in the construction and solar industry.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in mid-level or consultant-level positions with hands-on experience within the construction, renewable, utility, and/or heavy industrial industries either as a Project Manager, Project Controller, Project Engineer, MIS Engineer, Project Monitoring Engineer or related position.

The candidate is expected to have excellent knowledge of construction methodologies and processes and should be able to converse with clients to gather requirements and implement solutions using SenseHawk technology. The candidate should have a good aptitude for learning and using new software applications, especially those related to construction technology and management.

You will play a key role in the successful implementation and use of SenseHawk software in the construction and operation of large scale solar sites while also providing the knowledge leadership within the company to enable us in building the solutions and features that add value to end users. This role carries with it, two primary responsibility areas, one focussed on internal solution and capacity building / product management and the other focussed on customer success, project implementation and leadership.

As our Solution Implementation Manager, you will work with Sales, Customer Success, project implementation teams to define onboarding and implementation plans for new customers as they evaluate SenseHawk in their construction, quality and procurement processes. You will be actively involved in customer meetings to drive pilot and organization wide implementations. The expectation is that your involvement will be most essential in the first 2 months of roll out after which, you will hand over leadership to delivery and customer success. Within this role you will be considered the Subject Matter Expert pertaining to solar construction and the use SenseHawk software functionality for specific use cases, in order to propose trainings, build function focussed (procurement, civil, project management, other requirements as discussed with the client) launch plans and solutions for use cases across different project groups. In this role, you will be in a position to use your knowledge and skills to ensure that our customers (EPCs and asset owners) have the best experience right out of the gate and can generate maximum benefit from processes that are digitized and migrated onto the SenseHawk platform.

What you will do:

• Own the implementation and product adoption plan

• Define, run and potentially deliver trainings necessary for the customers to successfully adopt and make best use of the platform

• Find and create customer advocates/champions during the implementation engagement

• Recommend or build solutions required for specific use cases

• Help to deploy successful application integrations such as Procore, Primavera and Oracle/SAP

• Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) on SenseHawk software capabilities

• Serve as the first point of contact/ escalation point of contact for customers

• Provide feedback to our Product & Platform Engineering teams that inform additional product features, enhancements

• Identify use cases and functions where our technical solutions can improve operational performance

• Recommend technical solutions and help determining software development requirements.
